Bulshoekfarm's Annie's Cottage is a dam view cottage situated 100 m from Bulshoek Dam, boasting panoramic views with the most stunning sunsets. On the stoep you will find a braai as well as a braai boma on the grass, and a jacuzzi.

Full self catering cottage within walking distance of the dam. When you make use of the dam we have dedicated a public area at the banks. It has a braai space as well as a toilet facility, and there are poles to moor your boat to for safety.

House rules

No pets allowed. This one is not negotiable.
Life jackets must be worn at all times on the motor boat or a canoe. The dam does get busy.
Please consider others. No loud music after 22:00.
No jet skis, quad bikes or motocross bikes.
Dam rules must be followed at all times when using a boat on the dam.
This is a working farm. Nobody is allowed near the piggery or the farm working areas.
One person books and pays the full amount. We do not split bills.
No fireworks.

Good to know

Jacuzzi R200 per night extra, 2 night minimum booking.
Week day rates exclude all holidays.
Children 0 to 2 free. From 2 years old counts as a full person.
Minimum 2 nights over weekends and 3 nights over long weekends.
Please stay away from the butchery and farm areas. This is a working farm, tractors and trucks are at work.
